Most orders are sent out PRIORITY MAIL or FIRST CLASS MAIL through the US Postal Service. Packages usually take 3-4 days to arrive after your order is processed. We try our best to get your products sent out within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.

To cancel an order, the buyer must make the request on the same day the order was placed (before 5:00pm PST). If a request is made after the allotted time frame, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied. 5% cancellation fee will cover credit card settlement fees.
